Notes: Flux overthruster acquired and copied in Mission 085: "Heroes Among Us." MASSIVE power limits on Zord configurations to start until enough generators can be found to create Zenith and above. All RPM Series Rangers have increased strength, speed, and durability, with various attacks. Their biofields’ energy levels have to be carefully monitored with each battle so that they don’t demorph in an inopportune time. Special attacks use up more energy. Morphers require an energy link on the Chalice just to allow them to morph.

Background http://powerrangers.wikia.com/wiki/Scott_Truman
Personality: Scott is generally an all-around nice guy and all-American boy, described by Dr. K as “the boy next door—trustworthy, responsible, the kind you’d bring home to Mother.” He gets along with people easily. He’s got a cocky and competitive streak, but it’s all in fun and never arrogance. He’ll mess with people, such as handcuffing himself to Dillon, throwing away the key, and tormenting him in the shower.

As a leader, he tries to be fair and reasonable. He’s got enough military training to respect the chain of command, but he hasn’t had enough experience to command respect. His teammates do often disobey his orders or sneak off on him, and he gets incredibly frustrated about this. He’s also stubborn, which leads to clashes with equally stubborn or authoritative personalities such as his father or Dillon. For all he respects and likes them, he’s going to fight with them frequently over differences in opinion.

His relationship with his dad plays a big role in his personality. A lot of what he does as a Ranger is in a way, trying to prove himself in his father’s eyes. He was always in the shadow his older brother, the commander of Eagle Squadron, and Col. Truman was blinded by Scott’s frustration and insistence on engaging an enemy to realize what strong leadership qualities his younger son did have. The grief over losing Marcus while Scott lived (and then, only because he’d been ordered to stay back and provide support rather than engage the enemy) made matters even worse. Scott craves recognition from his father, to the point that when Gem was awarded the Medal of Valor after a battle, he stormed off into the wasteland in an attempt to become the kind of hero his father wanted. But after his father awarded him the medal in response to saving a group of refugees, Scott had the humility to admit that he didn’t deserve it, that he’d abandoned his post and potentially put a lot of people in danger. He returned the medal and told his father that he’d gladly accept it the day he truly did make the right call.

Also, he is extremely protective of his car. Do not put a scratch on the thing if you value your life.

Capabilities and Resources: In addition to his abilities as a Ranger, Scott is an excellent pilot and driver. He was a lieutenant in the Air Force during Venjix’s initial assault, and his skill and leadership ability had the full trust of his brother and squad leader, his brother Marcus, who would have selected him to lead Squad Two had he not died in the Battle of Corinth. His father, Col. Mason Truman, is the leader of the defense forces of Corinth, giving the Rangers a lot of support from the military.

Ranger Name: RPM Ranger Operator Series Red, AKA Ranger Red
Ranger Description: Dr. K created the Ranger Prototype Series Covert Suits with the discovery of the Universal Bioelectric Field, an energy field linking all living things. The self-assembling nanotech suit increases the user’s strength, speed, and durability, borrowing power from the user’s personal biofield to extend its battery life. The morphers need to recharge after every battle.

With the Engine Cell and Cell Shift Morpher, Scott is able to morph into Ranger Red, the leader of the Power Rangers. His power focuses mostly on speed, with an emphasis on melee weapons. Engine Cells power all weapons and Zords. The five main Rangers are issued a Nitro Blaster, which can extend out into the Nitro Sword, a baton-like weapon for close-range attacks. The Street Saber is his personal weapon, a sword that can allow him to channel enough energy to generate a track of energy that he can speed along to slash at an enemy in an attack called Street Saber Strike. It can also combine with Flynn’s Turbo Cannon and Summer’s Zip Charger to create the RPM Enforcer. The Zip Charger is used as a projectile while one of the Rangers’ Engine Cells powers the weapon, firing a blast in the shape of the appropriate Zord.

Scott’s special attack is Burst Attack, the ability to channel the energy of his biofield in a three-second burst.

Robot Name: Eagle Racer
Robot Description: http://powerrangers.wikia.com/wiki/High_Octane_Megazord#Eagle_Racer
Flight is limited and needs some kind of ramp in order to become airborne. Maneuverability high, but firepower fairly low. For high altitude attacks, can work in conjunction with other Zords to get the necessary altitude and channel energy into a Burst Attack (see Scott’s Ranger powers).

Robot Name: High Octane Megazord
Robot Description: http://powerrangers.wikia.com/wiki/High_Octane_Megazord
Very fast. Special attack is the Super Saber, which allows for an EXTREMELY fast slash attack. Combination of basic three Zords, can allow for attachments of the other four Rangers’ Zords for different weapons. Tail Spinner provides a spinning blade attack, and Wolf Cruiser allows for a powerful blaster. Falcon Zord’s rotor can be detached and thrown as a spinning blade, and Tiger Jet can generate a bow of fire while Falcon generates a burning arrow, and they fire it at the enemy as a finisher.

Upgrades: (if any)

Ranger weaponry:
Wheel Blaster: Combination of the steering column of the Zenith/etc. Megazord and the Nitro Blaster. Can fire a blast of energy similar to the Nitro Blaster, but with increased power, or it can channel the energy of a Zord with the appropriate Engine Cell.
Rail Saber: A weapon similar to the Nitro Sword, but powered by the Paleozord Engine Cells
Rail Blaster: Combination of Rail Saber and Nitro Blaster, again powered by Paleozord Cells.

Robot Name: Zenith Megazord Approved 6/8/12
Robot Description: http://powerrangers.wikia.com/wiki/Zenith_Megazord#Zenith_Megazord
High Octane Megazord combines with ValveMax Megazord (Green and Black). Greater firepower, and requires five pilots to use the Wheel Blaster for the finisher, which channels the energy of all six Zords and the Rangers through the Megazord and blows up the enemy.

Robot Name: SkyRev Megazord
Robot Description: http://powerrangers.wikia.com/wiki/Mach_Megazord#SkyRev_Megazord
Combination of Zenith and Mach (for Gold and Silver) Megazords. Flight-capable. Finisher is roughly the same as Zenith, only with a boost from Gold and Silver’s SkyShift Blazers.

Robot Name: Paleomax Megazord
Robot Description: http://powerrangers.wikia.com/wiki/Paleomax_Megazord
Configuration for the three Paleozords. Scott uses this as a secondary Megazord. Very maneuverable. Mammoth Zord sprays a freezing blast of air while Triceratops and Tyrannosaurus can bite. Finisher attack is physical: spray of freezing air while being pounded on. High-power but not much in the way of attacks, as it is a prototype.

Robot Name: Road Attack Zord
Robot Description: http://powerrangers.wikia.com/wiki/Road_Attack_Zord
Smaller, highly agile Zord created by Flynn. Can fight at human size or Megazord size. Capable of using martial arts and can be deployed by any of the Rangers. Finisher requires aid from a Megazord or Ultrazord or other large mech, where it transforms into wheel mode and is kicked at the enemy.

Robot Name: RPM Ultrazord
Robot Description: http://powerrangers.wikia.com/wiki/Paleomax_Megazord#RPM_Ultrazord
This thing is BIG. SkyRev Megazord + Paleomax Megazord = Clusterfuck Ultrazord. Twelve Zords in one, with an assist by a thirteenth for the finisher. Road Attack Zord uses its finisher first while weapons are combined. Enemy is hit with the power of the previous four Megazords while the Ultrazord charges up with fire and rushes at them.

Job: Power Ranger, liaison with the Corinth defense forces.

Suggested Event List: (The event list should consist of important combat actions that would make good material for missions, or special events and logs that require mod or NPC intervention. Feel free to label an event as a Mission or a Log. At this point, canons should not have more than 20 events total.)

The Road to Corinth
Log: Two newcomers have arrived in Corinth, with one of them becoming the new Ranger Black. While the Rangers begin to adjust to their new teammate, the White Chalice locates Corinth and makes first contact.

Mission: Venjix takes advantage of the confusion and distrust to send in a wave of Drones and an Attackbot.

Ranger Red: Heroes Among Us
Log: The Rangers need an experimental power thruster in order to use their newest Megazord configuration. But it’s in the wreckage of Scott’s brother’s plane, out in the wasteland. Tired of his accomplishments being brushed aside, Scott ventures out against orders to try to locate it. Truman (NPC) sends a group out to rescue him.

Embodied
Mission: Venjix gives himself a body while Dr. K tries to hack into his new doomsday weapon. A new Megazord is created for newcomers Rangers Gold and Silver (NPC if not apped)

Control-Alt-Delete
Log: During a battle with General Shifter, Scott is shot with a key that allows Shifter to control his body. This is all a diversion so Venjix can regain control of Tenaya 7.

Ancient History
Mission: Gain control of the rampaging Paleomax Megazord, without Dr. K’s help.

Danger and Destiny
Log: Corinth is full of Venjix Hybrids, who have all now been activated. Battle against the Grinders, Tenaya, and the controlled humans.

Mission: Final battle against Venjix.
